The Slatpanel® Luxe Plus Fire-Rated Walnut Acoustic Slat Wall Panel is a wide-format, fire-rated slat panel built for commercial interiors. Fire compliance, acoustic performance, and finished presence, in a single specification.

The Luxe Plus Fire-Rated builds on the standard Slatpanel® Fire-Rated range, with a wider slat format and redesigned spacing. Ten slats across two panels gives the wall a bolder, more architectural read than the standard profile. The adjusted spacing was developed specifically for the Slatpanel® Glow LED Lighting range, so the panel works as an integrated lighting system, not just a surface finish.

As with the standard Fire-Rated range, each panel hits Class A against ASTM E84, the top fire classification for interior wall panels. Installed to the full specification, the panels also achieve a Class A acoustic rating, reducing echo and reverberation across the space. Slats are fully wrapped in genuine walnut veneer, the same specification used across the Slatpanel® range. The finish carries the depth, grain, and warmth of real wood, with no compromise to fire performance.

The Luxe Plus Fire-Rated suits commercial interiors that ask for performance and presence in the same brief. Hotel lobbies, hospitality venues, corporate offices, retail spaces, and multi-residential developments. Whether the install is a feature wall, full-room, or ceiling, the panel meets the brief on both compliance and finish.

The deeper, richer grain reads as considered and confident, which is why it works in executive boardrooms, hospitality settings, private members clubs, boutique hotels, and retail environments. Walnut pairs cleanly with matte black fixtures, dark stone surfaces, and accent lighting. The integrated Slatpanel® Glow LED Lighting in the Luxe Plus spacing adds a further layer of depth, and walnut carries it well.

Installation Notice

To achieve the full Class A fire rating and Class A acoustic rating, install panels on a gypsum plasterboard substrate rated Class A, with 1.77" furr-outs and acoustic insulation material. Leave no air gap.

If installing for fire-rating benefits only, the 1.77" furr-outs and acoustic insulation are not required. Install straight onto a suitable substrate, with no air gap.

Valid for vertical and horizontal slat installations.

Do not apply paints or finishes to the panel. Doing so invalidates the fire rating.
