Yes. We ship to the Continental US (Alaska and Hawaii are not available at checkout). Orders are dispatched in 1-3 days from our West and East Coast warehouses. 4ft and 8ft panels arrive in 5-7 business days by UPS or FedEx; any order with 10ft or 12ft panels ships by pallet and arrives in 7-14 business days, curbside with liftgate. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See "Is there a shipping charge?" for rates.

You can return unused panels within 30 days of delivery. If a panel arrives defective, or you have questions before installing, our customer service team can help. Get in touch directly.

The standard Slatpanel® Fire-Rated panel uses the same slat profile as the core Slatpanel® range. The Luxe Plus Fire-Rated uses a wider slat format, with ten slats across two panels, and an adjusted spacing developed specifically for the Slatpanel® Glow LED Lighting range. Both carry the same Class A fire and acoustic ratings when installed to the correct specification.

Class A against ASTM E84, the top fire classification for interior wall panels. Suitable for commercial projects where fire code compliance is required.

Class A acoustic rating, when installed to the full specification: a Class A rated gypsum plasterboard substrate, 1.77" furr-outs, acoustic insulation material, and no air gap.

Install on a Class A rated gypsum plasterboard substrate, with 1.77" furr-outs and acoustic insulation material. Leave no air gap. For fire-rating benefits only, the furr-outs and acoustic insulation are not required. Install straight onto a suitable substrate, with no air gap. Valid for both vertical and horizontal slat installations.

No. Adding paint or finish voids the fire rating. The panels arrive ready to install. Use them as supplied.

Yes. The slat spacing on the Luxe Plus Fire-Rated was developed specifically for the Slatpanel® Glow LED Lighting range. Glow LED integrates directly into the install, for a clean, illuminated finish that holds the same Class A fire and acoustic ratings. The Glow LED range is the only lighting product compatible with this panel.

The Luxe Plus Fire-Rated is compatible with the Slatpanel® Glow LED Lighting range only. The slat spacing was developed specifically for Glow LED, and other Slatpanel® accessories are not compatible with this panel. Yes. The Slatpanel® Luxe Plus Fire-Rated range is built for commercial specification. Suited to hotels, hospitality, corporate offices, retail, and multi-residential developments where fire code compliance is required.

Yes. The range is primarily built for commercial specification, but the panels also work in residential projects where a higher level of fire protection is desired or required.

Yes. The Slatpanel® Luxe Plus Fire-Rated panels are rated for interior use only. Do not install for exterior applications.

The Luxe Plus Fire-Rated range is currently available in oak and walnut real wood veneer finishes. For a specific finish requirement, contact our team and we'll advise on options.

Yes. The fire rating is valid for both vertical and horizontal slat installations. Use on walls and ceilings, provided the installation meets the substrate and build-up specification.
